  • Senior Graphic Designer

    Job Description
    The Senior Graphic Designer will support the Experience Studio team by designing a variety of print and digital media assets for a range of clients and their respective brands. The ideal candidate must possess good written, computer and oral communication skills. The Graphic Designer role requires a cooperative team attitude, ability to handle multiple projects at once, excellent time management skills, problem solving ability, keen attention to detail, and the support of initiatives in line with Experience Studio’s values and overall vision.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Logo and identity design
    • Brand Guideline creation, interpretation, and execution
    • Typography exploration, curation, and design
    • Web site design utilizing current development trends and techniques
    • Email template design
    • Design & layout for various mediums including print ads, digital media ads, brand books, signage, interactive spaces and more
    • Sourcing and curating photography, illustrations, icons and other design assets for the team
    • Preparing finished design files for print and digital publications
    • Social media post design, layout, and curation
    • Designing, updating, and maintaining internal brand assets for the agency

    • 10+ years experience as a Graphic Designer in an ad agency or equivalent
    • Proficient with Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
    • Familiar with Dropbox, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Video Editor

    Job Description
    The Video Editor will support the Experience Studio team by creating edits for a range of clients and their respective brands by utilizing provided video, audio and graphic assets. You are meticulous and able to organize footage and provided materials into a clean, structured workflow in line with our best practices. You are decisive and able to review large amounts of footage, separating the bed takes from the good takes to the best. You have a good understanding of audio synching and editing and are also able to perform basic light and color corrections.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Editing with Premiere
    • Uploading, archiving, and converting footage
    • Ingesting and working with proxy files
    • Basic color grading using Lumetri or similar
    • Reviewing footage and making selects for final edits
    • Synching audio and video assets, including multi-cam sequences
    • Editing audio including music, voiceover, and sound effects
    • Exporting edits in various formats for client review
    • Creating social media assets for the agency and its clients
    • Editing, updating, and maintaining internal video assets for the agency

    Attributes

    • 5+ years experience as an Editor in an ad agency or equivalent
    • Proficient with Adobe Premiere, basic understanding of After Effects
    • Strong working knowledge of digital cameras
  • Web Designer

    Job Description
    The Web Designer will support the Experience Studio team by having a keen understanding of modern websites, browsers, and interface functionality. You thrive on the intricacies of websites and how they function, with the goal of helping our team design our own intuitive, effective and aesthetically pleasing sites. You will not be required to code, but your understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript will undoubtedly help you communicate better with our development team, with whom you will work very closely. Together you will update several existing client websites and launch many new ones.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Building wireframes based on provided strategic briefs
    • Coordinating with the development team to finalize wireframes
    • Designing websites, landing pages, and email templates using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
    • Designing web banners, social media posts, and digital ads
    • Creating working prototypes using XD
    • Presenting working prototypes to clients alongside our team
    • Providing the development team with design assets from inception to launch

    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD (basic understanding of coding a plus)
    • Familiar with Dropbox, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
