The word ‘home’ is imbued with memories and meaning collected over a lifetime. It’s where you learned to ride a bike and where you met your best friend. Where you bought your first house and welcomed your first child. Where you gather with family and watch new generations grow.
I have had the good fortune to work as a brand strategist for some of the world’s most beloved brands. Brands that emotionally connect to people and become part of everyday life. But none of those big global brands have the ability to meaningfully shape a person in the way that ‘home’ can.
So, I found an incredible team of lifestyle brand experts who shared my passion and we shifted the focus of our collective work into building meaningful community brands. We love to see how the front porches of a community bring people together and build lifelong connections. And, we love seeing droves of 3rd graders walking safely to school almost as much as we revel in seeing the weekly gathering of the ever-popular Knits and Giggles club.
